Methods of Ordering

 

Order online – Placing an order online is easy and convenient.  Simply select the products you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart.  When you are finished shopping, select the check out feature to begin the checkout process.  Once you have entered your billing and shipping information, submit your order.  Available 24 hours a day.

 

Ordering by telephone - If you would like to place your credit card order by phone, call us toll free at (800) 803-3685.  Customer service representatives are available Monday - Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm PST.

 

Payment Options

 

The Stroller store accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit card payments.  We also accept cashiers, money orders and personal checks.  All orders paid by personal check shall be processed and shipped once payment has been received.

 

Taxes – There is no sales tax!

 

Shipping - All shipping is free within the Continental United States!

 

Shipping and Delivery

 

We will begin processing your order no later then the next business day.  Most items are ready to ship within approximately 1-2 business days.

 

Your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipped.

 

Standard Return Policy

 

You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.  Our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware if you return one of these items that our outbound shipping costs will be deducted form your return refund.  In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.  We cannot accept any returns with prior approval and RMA number.  Please e-mail rma at thestrollerstore.com and include your original order number, your name, and what products you are returning.  Or call us at (800) 803-3685.  We will give you an RMA number and return address.

 

Once your return has been authorized, please re-pack your return item in the original condition and packaging.  Then return the item using your preferred shipping method to the address you are provided.

 

Defective or Damaged Merchandise – Upon receipt of your order, please open the package immediately and inspect the contents for damage or manufacturing defects. If any item in your order is damaged in shipping, or if you find any significant manufacturing defects, please call Customer Service within 14 days of receipt of your order at (800) 803-3685 to request return authorization.  Or email at rma at thestrollerstore.com.  We cannot accept any returns without prior approval. Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will either exchange your item or issue a full credit in the amount of the original purchase price. Returns requested after 14 days of receipt of an order will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
